In the fourth episode of My Name Is Farah, the story continues to follow Farah, a strong and caring mother who is trying to save her sick son, Kerimşah. Farah is an Iranian woman secretly living in Istanbul. She works as a cleaner to earn money for her son’s treatment, but life gets more complicated after she witnesses a murder.

In this episode, Farah is still scared and confused. She wants to go to the police and tell the truth about what she saw. But if she does, she might be deported from Turkey because she is in the country illegally. That would mean leaving her son behind, which she can never allow.

Tahir, the man who works for the mafia family involved in the murder, is now getting closer to Farah. Even though he was told to silence her, Tahir starts to care about her and her son. He doesn’t understand why, but he feels he must protect them. He begins to question his life and the violent world he is a part of.

Farah meets with the police and is asked to give her statement. She almost agrees, but fear takes over. She walks away, knowing that testifying could destroy her chances of staying with Kerimşah. It’s a painful decision for any mother.

Meanwhile, Tahir gets into trouble with his mafia boss, Aga. Tahir has been keeping secrets, and that’s not something Aga tolerates. The tension rises as Tahir is caught between protecting Farah and staying loyal to the mafia family that raised him.

At the end of the episode, Farah is more alone than ever. She cannot trust the police, the criminals are watching her every move, and her son still needs a life-saving operation. But there is one small light – Tahir. He is starting to become someone she can rely on ...
